This is my usual setup in my semi. SDS200 and a Anker Bluetooth speaker. The speaker is plugged into the scanner with an auxiliary cord because the Bluetooth transmitter I have only lasts about 6 hours on a charge, the speaker will last 2 day's on a charge.

So I’m guessing that speaker helps overcome road noise? I usually keep the volume of my SDS200 at about 18 and I can hear it fairly well, my 5700xe is pretty quiet considering

I have to say that most of our drivers were against in cab cameras. That is until it saved a few drivers from damage claims. Out of all of the incidents our company has had it saved the driver every time except once. It's all in perspective.

I would be fine with an in cab camera if I had some control over it, especially if it completely disabled when the tractor brakes are set, for us we pretty much live in the truck and the driver facing cam is equivalent to having one in my house all the time, but I'm an O/O so I can have more control

Ours are outward facing thankfully. They do come in handy sometimes. Last week I had just pulled out of the terminal and some idiot almost hit me head on coming around a corner in a construction zone. Our bumpers were literally 12 inches apart. My boss showed me the video and it was pretty hairy!
