Fremont County Conventional Sheriff Frequency

Looking at DTRS, Fremont County is nearly full encrypted. However, the conventional frequencies listed for Fremont County Sheriff indicate it is still in use without encryption. Can someone set the record straight me? I'm planning a trip to the area and looking to see what I can monitor.

They use the conventional frequency 154.845 rarely. Usually just in the dead spots for DTRS.

I hear them on this:

154.8450 123.0 WXM600 Fremont County Sheriff "VHF" (State of CO at Florence)

It seems like supervisors use it to talk with dispatch for additional info on incidents.
