Frequencies for Johnstown, CO

I have recently moved to Johnstown, CO and would like to monitor their fire and police channels. I have tries unsuccessfully to find out what frequencies they are using. Can anyone point me in the right direction or provide the channels. I would greatly appreciate any help.

They are on the State DTRS P-25 system, what scanner are you using?

I have a bearcat BC200XLT.

The BC200XLT is not a digital scanner (I don't believe), so you will need to upgrade if you want to hear Weld County. The Radio Shack Pro 106 is a great digital radio that will do everything you need, and it's on sale on Thursday for $299.99, down from the normal $500.00! You can hear Fire paging on 153.785 FIRE-A which pages out Johnstown fire and all Southern Weld county fire departments. 154.145 FIRE-B for Northern Weld County. These are used for paging departments and there may be some occasional mobile traffic on these.

Is that was frequency all of Weld is toned out on?
