Frequency Help

I found this in the database 453.150 as being Union Colony Fire for Greeley and started hearing traffic on it and thought it my just be it, but after listening I have found its something different, so is there a different fire dispatch on this frequency also.

453.150 is Arvada Fire Dispatch, there fireground channel is 453.550. If i just want to hear Arvada fire and nothing else i would have to enter the pl code which for Arvada is 152. Not sure what the Pl code for Union Colony is.

I was just looking at old Scanlist of Colorado and saw Greeley Fire with the same freqency but the PL in book says 156.7. Also good way to tell the PL code is put the radio in mode and switch it to CT and when they talk that will show the PL code. Hope this helps.

Just for info all that above is correct infact Union colony still carries that freq however they stopped simucasting about two years ago

Union Colony uses the frequency for "knox" paging only these days.
