FT-100 memory help

Hi, gang! Rick, N9GSU here. I recently acquired a FT-100 and I love it. However, it came with no manual, so I went online and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to program the memories in the dang thing. Does anyone know of a cheat sheet for quick and easy memory programming?
