I have been logging the Ft Dix Correctional Facility Motorola UHF digital Trunk System for a while and here are my results:

System: B128
Base: 407.0000
Step: 12.5
Offset: 380

Trunk System Frequencies:
407.0500 (Control Channel -they rotatate)
407.3250 (Control Channel -they rotatate)
409.0125 (Control Channel -they rotatate)
409.675 (Control Channel -they rotatate)
409.9500

Active Talkgroups In Use (all are digital)

These talkgroups are in heavy use and they are referred to as 'channel' numbers. The users change between these talkgroups very frequently too. When they want to have a conversation they will tell the other unit to go to 'channel-x', they swicth, have their conversation, and then switch back. I did not try to determine the channle numbers, since the chatter on here between users will drive you crazy!

However, if anyone has the channel numbers, it would be nice to match them up to the various talkgroups.

That's for the Federal Prison. The State Prison probably uses one of the 800 MHz NJ DoC frequencies, but I'm not sure. I don't think they'd use that trunked system.

Midstate Correctional Facility uses 856.2125R, PL 151.4, very low power, can't be heard more than a few miles from the site. FCI currently does not use encryption.
I've only been able to identify 4 TG's with channels: 16=Ch 1, 48=Ch 2, 80=Ch 9, 192=Ch 10. All TG's are identified by their channel number, not by usage. They have TG's for East Compound, West Compound, Food Services, Recreation, Utilities, OP (outside perimeter patrol), and just plain chit chat.
