Yaesu: FTM-100DE update problem

I met a problem with my FTM-100DE, during the update with FTM-100D_PANEL_ver130
( ALL).
The programming of the FTM-100D_MAIN_ver120(EXP) goes well.
But when I return to the normal mode to pass has the programming of the panel, The radio is
bricked, no display, no keyboard.
I am sure i have returned the Program Switch back to operate position.
Can you help me?

Follow the instruction in the update manual very closely. Power on should be with two other buttons pressed. Then press 'disp'. The screen will be blank and a "pepo" signal will sound several times. The panel is now in the write mode.

There are more steps, but I wanted to set your expectations that the screen should be blank.

I have updated mine twice without issue. The process is not straight forward, but all the details and the order to follow are in the update manual. Screen prompts from the update program follow the manual, but I like the manual as it allows me to check things off as I move forward.

I met a problem with my FTM-100DE, during the update with FTM-100D_PANEL_ver130 ( ALL).
Previously, the programming of the FTM-100D_MAIN_ver120(EXP) passed well the first time i have do the main update. The factory reset is ok.
Then I pass to the panel update, a bad manipulation can be, and the update fails. Since, nothing, no display, the keyboard is inactive.
When i try the main update with BFTM-100D_MAIN_ver120(EXP), firmware update is completed but returning in operate mode to make the factory reset, the radio is bricked, no display, keyboard inactive. When i connect the power cable to the FTM-100DR/DE main body and apply 13.8 Vand i push PTT the red led ligth
I am sure i have returned the Program Switch back to operate position.

Can you help me?
