Yaesu: FTM-400XDR GM settings locks up

When I go to settings and select the GM soft key, the radio locks up. No other buttons or knobs respond.

I have to unplug power to reset the radio.

GM hard button seems to work fine(so long as I don’t go into GM settings first)

Anybody seen this or have a fix?

Again mine doesn't lock up radio. And have you used the # key?
