The PD operates on 453.850. The county EMS runs on 155.295. County sheriff is 155.565. They usually have a large crowd. It's in the city, so, most traffic will be on the PD freq.
The MOST excitement is when roughly 10,000 people ALL try to leave at once and the MAIN highway is a two lane job that doesn't handle it well. The scanner gets kinda lively then....
