All I hear from them is encripted signal.. Forget to switch to unencripted mode and don't feel the difference? Other PD's around are cleared but some users are encripted, too.
yes on the town channel they are most of the time in enc mode Laurel and Bridgeville are other ones..to be honest most of the talk on the town channels are bs so your not missing much.
