If you are asking about Maryland, the Laurel GMRS repeater, as @RaleighGuy stated, is the only repeater on that frequency pair. Here are all listed GMRS repeaters in the Repeater Book:

Keep in mind, Repeaters come, Repeaters go and many owners might not want it listed in Repeater book, mygmrs etc and have never made a submission. IT could also be a private tone used for a specific purpose on the known repeater too... only time listening will tell

We have at least 3 in our area that are not listed in any of the public listing places. Also they all have various PL tones, some are given out to some people to use and some to others. None of the owners of these want them listed anywhere, they're for "friends and family" only.

To add to this the owners here require either an in person meeting, or a rather lengthy phone call at which point you'll be asked to send photos of your equipment which you will have said you had during that call, with your name and GMRS callsign to them. The three I mentioned have a strict rule of no CCR on the repeaters. I used Motorola and Kenwood stuff when I was talking on it. Still have the radios just rarely (unless I'm helping someone test something) use them any more.
In the 90's GMRS was a great way to keep in touch with your family and friends who were also licensed but these days, usually just pick up the phone and call. (we'll or texting works too).
I think my son uses GMRS at times when he's out Jeeping but, at that it's simplex. I only know he's the only one that shows up with a Motorola radio and the rest have "Fengs" from the photos I saw. Also the only one that even knows what a GMRS license is.
