Is this TG monitored "normally " by all Law types? ajnd how is this done?

I hear dispatch to dispatch traffic most of the time....

I ask because shorty Before funeral in Greeley they asked all departments and all cars to run off radio's due to site overload in Greeley

so Im assuming (Me thinks this is right) that a radio on DTRS system can be "seen" by towers....

so How mutch is to mutch surley a site like Hoursetooth or Look out see hundreds right?

The Greeley sites are way overloaded from all the colleagues coming in from around the state for the service. Also, there is lots of MAC talkgroup activity in the area for coordinating the event.

There are of course only a finite number of channels on a DTRS site, when they are full, channel grant requests get busy signals and the requests are queued.

Also, there has to be a channel free on every site a talkgroup is affiliated with, so there will be busies "back home" too.

This is why lots of agencies have travel talkgroups, to cut down on these kinds of system problems.
