Does anyone have any links to good homemade HF antennas? I guess i'm mainly interested in 30 meters, but i'd like coverage all over the HF band. Any replies would be appreciated.

Have you tried doing a search on the internet for "30 meter antenna"? I did and found all sorts of information.

<sigh> Google? Heck, we have a HUGE Antennas Wiki page with tons of information.

What kind of a receiver will you be using for 30 Meters? I hope it's a tabletop; a portable isn't going to fare too well in a band where, at least in the US, CW and digital are the predominant modes. Will this be an indoor or an outdoor antenna? Apartment, Condo, ect.

More data is needed. 73s Mike

30 meters? A dipole.
General HF? A long wire fed by ladder line into an antenna tuner. If you run it for at least 2 legs at right angles to each other you'll eliminate much of the directivity. A vertical would be omnidirectional, but do you really want to erect a 64 foot long vertical wire? (1/4 wave on 80 meters.)
