GRE PRO96 programming interface cracked

Hi Guys,

I came across this post in rec.radio.scanner - at first glances it appears to be source code that allows anyone to talk to a GRE PRO96 scanner. This should work the same for the 2096 and maybe some of the later models too?

They're only 9 years late. That was "cracked" in 2002, and resulted in the release of Win93 on Super Bowl Sunday.
