Can someone confirm the status of SECOMs and the talkgroups listed in them?

The following submission is currently pending:
Since the Southeast Communications Center has disbanded, the the municipality/TGs should probably be listed individually. Garfield Hts already has a listing for Fire Dept. Bedford Hts has a blank listing already. Bedford and Maple Hts could be new individual entries.

Before I did anything, I wanted to understand where every has moved to. Is it dead?

Garfield Heights is the only one that currently has its own Fire Dispatch talkgroup listed. Is it now being used? Where'd everyone else go?

Thanks!

Are either of you able to confirm if there's any traffic or affiliations on what is listed as Fire Main 1 (56623), Fire Main 2 (56624), Fireground 2 (56626), or Station Alert (56644)? Those are/were all the "shared" talkgroups.

GCRCN Site NACs

If you are somebody who knows how to obtain the site NAC in use for the GCRCN sites, please do so.

There is a site NAC listed for Site 1, but not for Sites 2 through 4. And there is no guarantee that the one for Site 1 is correct.

If you can [confidentally] determine what the site NAC is for each / any of the four sites, please post / submit the information.

Uniden SDS-100s can make use of the Site NAC. If the Site NAC is missing in the DB, there is no issue. If the Site NAC is listed in the DB and is accurate, there is no issue. But, if the site NAC is in the DB and is incorrect, then anybody importing that site into an SDS-100 using software can have issues monitoring the site.

NOTE: Please do not confuse the Site NAC with the System ID, and please be careful not to confuse an 8 with a B in a NAC (or anything similar) if you have bad eyes (like I do).

Thanks

Can you be more clear? Are you saying that you parked on the control channel of each of the four sites, and that each of the four sites uses the same NAC of 491 ? If so, please submit it so that I can make the changes. I'm not interested in voice channels. I'm only interested in what the control channel broadcasts as the site NAC.

I have not heard in the month of June any activity on 56624 or 56626. I have 31 hits on 56644 with the latest on June 21st.

I had a hit on 55623 with a console dispatch of 1093 which would have been in the range of SouthEast and the RID of the unit 1861165 I'm guessing Bedford city.

I’ll try to clear this up again, but will probably get lit up by someone . Bedford Hts self dispatches. In the old secc center/ equip. Bed Hts Fire is only dept. on former Secc Fire main 1. Bedford, Maple Hts, North Randall, Highland Hills ( all dispatched by CVD) are on MARCS on the talk group formerly known as Solon/ Bedford FD. Solon Fire is on the Chagrin FD talkgroup with Chagrin Falls and Orange. Garfield, self dispatched , using their own tg’s on Cleveland system . Dave’s explanation of firegrounds is correct. Departments using CVD also are starting to put Pyramid repeaters in trucks ( currently Bedford and Solon) has them . They have the ability to cross patch a simplex fireground to a CVD FTAC tg on MARCS, so fireground traffic can be monitored from farther away.
