For the last 2 night around 2:30 am the greater Cleveland comes on and I can hear them but then it goes back out our 9:00 the morning.
why is that happening. Is there a way where I can here them continuously I’m in TRUMBULL COUNTY.

Is this regarding something you're hearing on a Broadcastify feed (based on your posting it on this forum) or your own scanner? Could be tropospheric ducting either way

What are you using for a scanner & an antenna? If GCRCN is your sole focus get an outdoor antenna resonant on 800mhz, perhaps a directional yagi pointed towards Cleveland

Or, since you posted this in the Broadcastify forum you can listen to any of these feeds...

it comes on my sds 200 scanner. again it started around 2:30 am but stopped around 9:00 am. For the last 2 nights.
i know that I can go to Broadcastify and listen to it. But want to hear on the sds continuously. the sds range is about 50 mile’s Cleveland is just out of range from where I’m at.

Yeah it's likely tropospheric ducting... I'm up in Ashtabula County, and around this time of year the late nights/early mornings can bring in signals from all over... It's common for me to pull in systems from as far as West Virginia to Greater Toronto and the Detroit Metro when there's good ducting going on.
