hello everybody. Good morning. I'am a new member. my first question is ,has encryption frequencys been solved ?

There is a federal law that prohibits the decryption of encrypted transmissions. With that said no scanner company will even attempt it. Even if it was not illegal it would be an extremely difficult undertaking since no two systems will have the same encryption keys programmed into their radios and even some of the older types of digital encryption have more than 19 quadrillion possible encryption keys. So even if it were legal to make a scanner that will accept the programming of encryption keys you would have to keep trying them one at a time until you got it right which would probably take longer than your lifetime.

Its just gotten better with age, and technology...We got two choices with the poll and the both are a little confusing. Same as above or Sames as above. Some how I dont think thats the same as you intended.........Hoser
