Grounding with stone

Does anyone Have any suggestions how to ground when you are built on stone and shale and waterlines are all Pex ? ?

You wrote "built" so can we assume that there is already a building / structure in place? Does the building have electrical wiring and how was that system grounded (service ground)?

It is a double wide on blocks with no visible ground so it must be thru the main line coming in.

Look around near where your Power Comes in.
There should still be a ground there some place nearby.

Unless it is in a trailer park or in a place with multi Double wide's.

It is a small park and feed is buried in conduit aprox 12 in deep direct from meter into house.
