The HEB on 1604/Blanco is somewhere in the 464.300 range. Can't remember the exact freq right now, but I was out playing with the scanner in the parking lot one day, and heard them come thru. I was watching the guy in the parking lot talk into his Motorola SP50 radio, and had the window down enough to verify. So that puts them in business band of freqs (the 464.XXX range ), GMRS ?

I'm sure they use the same frequencies at every store for simplex operations.

If Mr. Hankey replies to this he can advise better, as he has pretty solid information when it comes to stuff like this.

HEB's are quickly adopting an integrated telephone/radio communications system.

even the one on 1604/Bandera has moved away from their UHF radio system.

Motorola Telario was in use by the Wurzbach/I-10 location for awhile, until Motorola phased the system out in favor of another integrated solution.

I would really interested in the "Wurzbach/I-10 location" freq as I'm about 2 blocks away when I'm down there.
