In your browser, use the IP address, e.g. http://10.0.0.100, to access the hotspot. Use Fing or another network program/app to find the IP addresses of your devices on the your network.

HTH.
right now my hotspot is not connected to my wifi how can I see it in "advanced IP" program if it's not on wifi

Your router assigns the IP address to the hot spot. If it's not hooked up to the WiFi, you aren't going to have an IP address to access. You need to connect your computer directly to your hotspot, usually with ethernet.

Pi-Star hotspots all have a "no WiFi" set up procedure built-in called "Auto AP". Begin reading at 3a on this website -

The LCD will remain off until you finish the configuration as described on those web pages.
Let's forget wifi for now, my immediate problem is: I accidently deleted my sd card that was in my hot spot. Before deletion The HS would boot up in 1 minute with the LCD screen working. Since deleting SD card I used bolena etcher to write new image (from pistar-uk) to SD card.
Successful write but HS LCD screen doesn't work anymore and red light still blinks slow instead of fast which means HS won't boot anymore.
I need to get HS up and running first then worry about WIFI. Any ideas why it won't boot?

You're going to have to get network access in order to enter configuration parameters being that you flashed the HS with a fresh
Pi-Star Image. By default, the Pi-Star software will enable a WIFI Access Point (AP) that will become visible when scanning for wireless
networks using your PC. Find the AP and connect to it with your browser whereby you'll configure Pi-Star to come up on your home
network and proceed from there.

Be patient. It will take several minutes from the initial boot up of a fresh Pi-Star image before the AP is configured and up to where it
becomes visible when scanning for Wi-Fi networks from your PC.

Did you read the information popnokick recommended? Did you make up a file per Pi-Star WiFi Builder - pistar.uk instructions? You are making the task of using the hotspot harder than necessary. Just saying.

And you avoided answering my question on "advanced IP"...

I would suggest making a duplicate card as backup once you get your hotspot working.

If I get it working I will make a backup sd card, Advanced IP is a program where I would see the hot spot IP address to get into pi-star.

Thanks to everyone who who helped me with this, I got it to work last night!
The problem was I didn't assign a "Zumspot hat set in the config. Once I set that it worked
