Yes you can but you have to rewire the speaker so it fits your scanner's headphone jack.

Use this site here to figure out how it has to be wired to 12volts and you speaker jack on scanner. When you go to this page go to the link that says motorola speaker mods and it will show you wiring diagrams for your models and others.
