Looks like 128.3 coming over the coast range(RCAG), then what ever the approach frequency is 127.05? (RTR) and finally either 119.9 or 120.95, Give them a try.

if you were looking for selcall HF freqs they vary from airline to airline and from sector and route even and thier are also en-route coms; we would have needed the airline co they were on.

Oceanic HF frequencies are variable.

ARINC posts changes every few hours.
They change often according to time of day, and propagation condx.

go to URL:
for the latest frequency assignments.

NOTE:
1) often (during busy times) East bound frequencies are different from west bound.
2) AAL (during busy times) is often assigned separate frequencies from other airlines.

pretty much all ther is nowadays are radio checks....most maint. comms and flight stuff is done via the satcom systems. But everynow and 'gin you hear an interesting conversation between crews.
