Hearing Digital Comms on 856.7375 in Tulsa

I have been hearing digital comes on 856.7375 tonight. Anyone have a digital scanner to monitor if it is encrypted? I am also hearing station identification every 15 minutes or so via morse code.

If i recall that's a OHP freq and it's a statewide system . But i could be wrong

No, this frequency is the City of Tulsa. The frequency you are thinking of is 855.9875 but ohh well.
