If any one has good frequencies on any band post'em here. i want to get a compiled list for all fire activity!!!in the baltimore and dc area

From the message, it's a bit hard to judge where he is; but if you're in AA county near BWI, snowplows and other ops personnel use that frequency there. They use a PL of 123.0
'Baltimore' in this context is Baltimore county, of course.

These are the conventional fire/EMS/emergency services freqs I can hear from my location in Glen Burnie. Omit the initial zero in the freq. It's what my ARC250 program inserts in the program. Of course, there is also the list of fire channels on the many trunked systems in this area but you didn't specify if you had trunking - analog and/or digital - but these should certainly get you going.
