I have a new BCD996P2 that I need to program and I have the programming PROSCAN. However I just need some help in understanding how to use this program. Anyone in the Sioux Falls area or nearby that maybe I could get together with to help me. Thank you

What exactly are you trying to do.
Did you see the Quick Steps in the manual?
1st thing you want to do is select the scanner type then get the serial port comms working?
If you're trying to upload or download from the database then you want to create a new database 1st. Go to the Database menu then click on new then select a location and type in a filename then click the Save button.

I have the software called ARCXT... made by Butel.
I program scanners for $50
I do not use ProScan.
