Help programming Jaguar 700P

I live in Louisiana St. Tammany Parish. Could someone email me the per file for my area? The scanner has two lines of text. The first line seem to read correctly but the 2nd line says CC Scan. Can someone please help me?

The only one I know that has one of those is in South Africa and doesnt have internet.
