Help w/ VX-2R please?

I have the VX-2R and I'm having issues with programming. I received the radio pre-programmed with NYPD freq's and was able to transmit. I downloaded the info off the radio and reorganizaed the info so that it made sense and corrected the PL's. I now cannot transmit on these freq's. I was able to input JCPD and can transmit and I can transmit on NYC EMS freq's. Can anyone help me out??? BTW, I am allowed to transmit on PD freq's...

I don't think anybody here is going to be too eager to help you to transmit on public safety channels with just your say-so that you have authorization. You need to consult with the folks who can verify who you are.

Also, the VX-2R is not properly certified for transmitting outside the ham bands. So, even if you are an authorized user of the frequencies you mention, using that radio is illegal.
