Help with a scanner

My scanner (model BC144xl) is very old and is having trouble picking up signal. However the weather station comes in fine. I live in genesee county. Can anyone help? btw, im sorry if this isnt the right forum, i can post in the other uniden forum.

I don't know what state Genesee county is in, so you'd have to choose yourself. Radio Reference has a forum for every state.

Hey no problem...I know of those two Genesee Counties from travelling around as one of them is nearby. The one nearby I may be able to help him out with. But there may be more in other states.
Just looking to see if the OP had replied..
