Help with BC7

Hi, new Uniden BC7XLT and having problem with downloading frequencies, (I am a senior and would love to have this information), live in county and lose power quiet often. thanks for any help.

Well, from one senior to another, you will not be able to hear Saline county. They are on the statewide digital P-25 Phase I system. At minimum, you would need a 396T, Pro-106, or something similar to monitor.
