Hi all!

I've been listening to Cleveland PD and notice they mostly use plain speech except for one code - 50 F.

Can anyone tell me what this means? I'm seeing in some places in Ohio it's a fatal vehicle collision, robbery, or intoxicated person. But can't find it definitively for Cleveland/Cuyahoga County. (I used this for reference).

In context it doesn't sound like a collision, I heard them say they're on "a 50-frank" in the lobby, and another they mentioned "confirm with APA,” APA = Adult Parole Authority. So seems not likely it's a fatal collision, but more likely felony drugs or robbery or a secret third thing.

Any insight would be so appreciated! Thanks!

I believe 50 F has to do with a felony warrant/arrest/pickup.
CPD also uses 227 for someone having active warrants
Regardless, "F" or "Frank" usually refers to felony related.
