also i pick this freq up 866.97500, ithink that is state police for ohio but im not for sure.

well last night on that 866.97500 they were on northend parkersburg any reason why

I do not think he has his radio programmed for trunking. Just picking it up conventional digital. So he won't be able to see the T/G. Just a guess...
