We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

Hi Everyone...this is my first post, but I've enjoyed searching for tons of helpful information.

We recently purchased a vehicle that has a Motorola XPR 5550 installed in it.

Could anyone help us with the best way re-program this radio?

We have a GMRS license, so we would like to program some of those frequencies.

Thanks!

try your local Motorola dealer and they will program it for you at a very small cost. Thats cheaper than buying the stuff off eBay that may or may not work,
