It would help if you told us model of scanner, also what software are you using?

Are the one with SDS200???

Anyway, create a Favorites List. Create a One-Frequency DMR system. You will need to create it looks like 5 'sites' within that system, one for each frequency. Enter one frequency into each site. Make sure to turn ID Search on, I think it is in System Settings. Create a Department if any of the Talkgroups are known.

Of course, all of this is much easier using software. Can be done with Sentinal, Proscan, or Butel's Arcpro.
If using Sentinal, I can't help you. Never liked that program myself.

Is that right, DMR on 6 meters?

I am using rtl-sdr dongle. I am currently using it to monitor the state P25 simulcast system. But there are a handful of DMR ham repeaters I would like to listen to. I am planning on getting the DMR upgrade for my Uniden BCD996p2 but having trouble ordering it on the "MyUniden" site where it is $60. So until then I would like to use the dongle for now. Yes, there is a DMR repeater here on 6 meters.

I think cc is only needed on a trunking system on mine it reads the radio IDs and ts Time slot this is how mine is set up all I did was put in the freq you can mess with aliases and TG once you make sure its working

CC is used on other types of DMR as well, not just trunking. It is sometimes compared to using PL on an analog system, and when programming a DMR radio is included on each frequency entry on a tier II radio.
