I need help!! I have paid the prem site at raidoref. and I think I have downloaded the proper things I need to get trunk sites but I am lost on how to get the freq> to the scanner??

I'd suggest asking your question in the proper forum for your radio. Without telling us what radio and what software your using, nobody can be of much help.
If you have a Uniden post in the radioreference Uniden forum, if a Radioshack post in the Radioshack forum, and so on.
You will find that many great people will help you, but you'll need to provide a bit more details as to what you're using. AND of course searching and reading the forums can be a powerful way to learn.
