Good evening. I've have frequencies for Hartford edacs programmed in and can't hear any transmissions. It's on my psr 500. Haven't used it since I upgraded scanners twice since I used to use it last. I can hear Hartford fine with my 1080 and pro 107 fine. I know it's a simple thing I'm missing. Something in settings must be wrong

You need to be more specific if you want more specific help.
Verify all frequencies are programmed and unlocked.
Verify the LCN is set correctly for your scanner (I don't use GRE scanners so I can't give specific help)
If you are programming with software, read the scanner and go through that so you can look at everything at once
If you can't find the problem, find an old file or download from RR and reprogram.

So I figured out that at work (wethersfield CT) Hartford in my 500 is awesome. Just surprised that Hartford on 107 and 1080 are coming in.
