If you back up one level to the county, you can see the conventional frequencies for Portland. In addition you have a number of DMR transmitters in Hendersonville (unsure how close that would be to you, although having a good external antenna might bring this in)
Also at the very bottom of the below page are the links to the trunked systems in your area, and it looks like your county is also covered by TACN, which appears, at least, not to have a large amount of simulcasting on it.
