Need help programming my g4 so I’m listening to MMRS SYSTEM zone 3 and can’t seem to get it to work on g4 but works fine in scanner any help would be appreciated thx

To anyone looking to acquire commercial radio programming software:
Please do not make requests for copies of radio programming software which is sold (or was sold) by the manufacturer for any monetary value. All requests will be deleted and a forum infraction issued. If you are having trouble legally obtaining software please state so. We do not want any hurt feelings when your vague post is mistaken for a free request. It is YOUR responsibility to properly word your request.
To obtain Motorola software see the Sticky in the Motorola forum.
The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). Please use Google or some other search engine to find a dealer that sells the software. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package. Often the Kenwood software is less than $100 so don't be a cheapskate; just purchase it.
For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. One package is for conventional programming and the other for trunked programming. The trunked package is in upwards of $2,500. The conventional package is more reasonable though is still several hundred dollars. The benefit is you do not need multiple versions for each radio (unlike Motorola).

You are a premium subscriber to this website. You can just download the information you want directly into the software to be loaded into the pager.

Have you programmed your local site and the zone 3 talkgroups in appropriately? Did you use the import function or do it yourself? What system is this because searching MMRS brought up a system in Australia that is in the 400mhz range... which wouldn't work on a G4.

I did. Factory reset so I haven’t done anything yet zone MMRS zone 3

Then I doubt anyone here will be of help since that is a step by step guide on how to program it. My suggestion is if you bought it from a dealer you contact them and see how much they will charge to program it. Sorry I can't help.

I see lot of 400mhz frequencies on here. The G4 will ONLY scan 700/800mhz. You have the wrong hardware for what you want to do.
Edit: Acutally, I FINALLY figured out what system you're talking about, since you can't be bothered to link it to us.

It would help if you give some details other than "can't get it to work". That's like taking your car to the shop and saying "something is wrong, fix it". Help us help you.

I did the WACB ID AND THE System ID doesn’t load in the pager, but everything else does
The help is the link in post #2 that takes you through the programming steps and there are YouTube videos to show you the steps. As @KevinC said if you won't help us there is nothing else I can do for you. I think there are a bunch of people trying to help but you won't even give us the correct system name and shrug off the help we've tried to give.
What did you enter for the system ID? Default is decimal, did you enter the hex or decimal?
