According to a press release and news reports. Henry Co Sheriff is rejoining Starcom21. Other than Police communications will be encrypted no other information is known at this time.

Every law enforcement agency and emergency communications center in Henry County transitioned to the STARCOM21 digital trunked radio network on Monday.

I'm listening to SC21 TG 1210 via Open MHz OpenMHz and hearing what appears to be Henry County 911 (4299x RIDs) dispatching law enforcement units ("HE" and Colona cars). Dispatchers are unencrypted, field units are encrypted.

More Henry County SC21 updates.....

Henry County 911/Communications was heard twice working encrypted mobiles on talkgroup 1208. Possibly an alternate to the TG 1210 Sheriff/Colona/Galva PDs dispatch talkgroup?

Talkgroup 1643, previously marked as possibly Kewanee PD, appears to be dispatch for Kewanee FD's two ambulances. As of 7/11, all comms are unencrypted. Previous to that, mobiles were encrypted.

Two Henry County OEM units were heard with radio checks on TG 1225. Possible that this might be an alternate to their TG 1221 "OEM 1" TG?
