When I download from RR I just get the control channels ,I programmed all the channels in and it works fine now. They change the control channels every so often to one not listed as a CC on RR. Let me know how you make out.

In my Iscan 107 ,I have at least 10 Hernando sheriffs channels,every thing from ,swat,to teletype. One question ,Do you have to put an transmitting tower site channel in the 106? I also have the ,East and West, but,hardly hear anything there. My coverage is from S.Citrus to E.Zepperhills to ,port richey, new port richey ,North Tampa,I am right in between and run an outside small antenna.All these channels are analog talk groups. They all come in clear as an bell.

rdrokker... he was saying that when you download the data from the RR database, you might not be getting all of the system frequencies which is why you may not be able to listen. You might only have the ones with the C after them which means they are typically control channels. However, if the control channel changes to anything without a C you won't hear anything. I had this issue as well, and you may need to make sure you have ALL the below frequencies programmed...
