Does Hernando County fire use the VHF frequencies for tone outs?
Brooksville Fire is dispatched by HCFES, they are not on a separate talk group, there is even a medic rescue stationed at Brooksville station 61 which is HCFES M10. just FYI.I can confirm that all Hernando public safety is on the trs. There are some seperate talkgroup's for Brooksville fire. I have not heard them there though.
kd4efm does seem to know what he is talking about. I have seen news account's of Hernando going to the new p25 system. The buildout will supposedly take up to 2 year's. I hope this is the case, because I have so little to listen to, I do not have any hard proof that the system will be encrypted. Based on the trending of most public safety here, it will be.

Looks to be a bug with RRDB 2.0. I downloaded the CSV (premium subs only) for the system and the correct hexadecimals are showing there. Are we sure the data in the database is correct. I’m getting several decimal to Hex errors for talkgroups.
I appreciate it. I’m not getting any transmission on the system it’s silent. Not sure what’s going.Looks to be a bug with RRDB 2.0. I downloaded the CSV (premium subs only) for the system and the correct hexadecimals are showing there.
In the interim, I would suggest using this calculator to convert the decimal format (which those numbers are correct) to hex.
Something is still screwy with the numbersLooks to be a bug with RRDB 2.0. I downloaded the CSV (premium subs only) for the system and the correct hexadecimals are showing there.

If you need the hex values use the calculator I linked to above. The decimal numbers are correct.Something is still screwy with the numbers
there are decimals wrong for sure.If you need the hex values use the calculator I linked to above. The decimal numbers are correct.
I would think so it’s a APX8000HXE.Well, does your radio support monitoring of Motorola Smartnet Type II systems? The only thing I can think of is that the system is incompatible with your radio if it's not letting you enter the hexadecimal values, which are correct as well as the decimal values on the talkgroups.
I monitored the system on my SDS100 last week and it's alive and well.
