HF Unknown frequencies

around 10:22 PM UTC times 5:22 My time Last couple of days.
I have been picking up foreign Speaking audio on 8899, 8935, 8998, 9008,9020 KHZ
The Audio is very weak to almost zero, does anyone know who is on these frequencies.

Huh? 1022 UTC is AM, did you mean 2222 UTC? No need for the AM/PM qualifier. Get yourself a 24hour digital clock and set it to the time you get from WWV/WWVH.

Better still, a clock derived from GPS.....

It would probably help to know what language "foreign" is. Perhaps post a recording.

No idea the audio was too low too weak but I could tell it was Is foreign
