Hi, I'm new to this forum. I am wanting to learn what is the best scanner for me...Also where to find all the police codes and EMS/Fire code for my city...

I'm located in Frostproof,FL 33843....Im wanting a handheld scanner...I just love to know whats going on in town...Please help me if you can...I dont know if i need trunking or whatever it is or not..
