High pitch noise in scanner

Hello all I have a question.

I have a scanner that has a high pitched sound when it hit on the 460 MHZ range.

I can hear the whine on low however not as loud tried 3 different Antennas no luck


Anyone have any idea?

Sounds like RFI... are you using an antenna inside or outside of the building? If inside, maybe there's a nearby electronic device causing it.
