I will be coming to Tampa for a cruise in June. Which system(east or west) is the best to pick up sheriff and fire, Tampa police and fire? Im staying in Westshore, also can I pick up St. Petersburg police and fire? Thank you very much.

Program Hillsborough County's EDACS systems' sites as two separate systems.

County sheriff and county fire rescue will be on both sites. Tampa police and Tampa fire rescue are on the west site.
