Not saying there isn't one, but Scan New England's database doesn't list one, so it may be carrier squelch

What info are you looking for?
The easiest thing is to leave the scanner in search mode on that freq for a while.

Or punctuation...

I heard the FMO testing when they first turned the system on but I cannot recall the details. I never logged the FD on more than 3 talkgroups.

last I knew, Holyoke Fire stopped using 151.190 DMR repeater, as they didn't renew their last special temporary authority (STA) FCC license, which expired back on 12/11/17. It was FCC call sign WQZN284. On the most recent FCC filing, their is an attachment letter stating:

" Based upon a phone call on March 1, 2018 between FCC and Marcus Communications, the STA requesting frequency 151.190 MHz is Not able to be used due to potential interference with another licensee and an alternate frequency will be selected. Pursuant to Rule 1.934(a)(1), file number 0008078713 is being dismissed at the request of the City of Holyoke. "

I stopped hearing activity on this back in Jan 2018, and at present day nothing anymore.

thanks for the update. I stopped monitoring it back several months ago. I just added it back into my scanner, scan list. correct, they got a temporary letter of concurrence (LOC) from Palmer Fire to use 151.190 for testing purposes. The previous 2 FCC call sign were STA's for testing purposes (not permanent use), according to the Holyoke Fire Dept attachment letter.
