I'm using a Home Patrol 1 to stream this TRS:
Johnson County Public Safety (Project 25) System Trunking System, Various, Iowa - Scanner Frequencies
As soon as someone is done talking, the scan will resume scanning immediately after the person is done talking. The pre-determined delay(2 seconds???) that Uniden has programmed into the radio isn't being met. As a side note, this happens to my 996t and 996xt as well. On my 996t I have messed around with the end code and digital end code. It happens in all configurations. If it helps, I can take a video of this.
