I'm wondering if anyone in Northwest Indiana has tried to program the Horseshoe casino into their SDS100 / x36HP scanner? I recently bought the DMR upgrade for my SDS100 and thought I might give it a try, since I live just about 7 or so miles from the casino. I'm still trying to wrap my head around DMR programming however, so it may still be a while before I make any attempt to try it.....if it's even possible at all.

I tried listening on Saturday and didn't hear any traffic on the frequencies in the database. Maybe it was too early and not much radio traffic. I was less than 2 miles away from the Casino.

It appears that Horseshoe Casino in Hammond is using a MotoTRBO Capacity Plus (or similar DMR) trunked system. Callsign is WPJU878. I recently found ops on 464.075 CC9, and I have previously heard casino traffic on 461.350 CC1, 462.125 CC3 (LCN 2?), and 463.300 CC5 (all of these freqs are covered by the above license). Other FB2Ts/FBs covered by this license include 463.725, 464.200, 464.325, 464.675, 464.825 and 464.875 (no idea yet if any of those are active or part of the trunked system). Hoping I'll be able to determine all of the active repeaters and their LCN (logical channel numbers). Has anyone been able to confirm anything else for this system?

I was able to do a bit more listening to this system and here's what I tentatively able up with. The only time I'm able to hear it is during my lunch hour at work. I would appreciate a confirmation and/or additional information from someone close enough to listen to this for extended periods so that the information can be submitted to the Radio Reference database:

Horseshoe Casino Hammond - Capacity Plus System (WPJU878)

LCN 1 - 461.350 (CC1)
LCN 2 - 462.125 (CC 3)
LCN 3 - 463.300 (CC 5)
LCN 4 - 463.725 (CC 7)
LCN 5 - 464.075 (CC 9)
LCN 6 - 464.200 (CC 11)

Other fixed bases/repeaters on this license are 464.325, 464.675, 464.825 and 464.875. Unknown if any of these might also be part of this system or possibly used separately.

Talkgroups (there are undoubtedly others that I've yet to hear) -

100 - Security (10xxx, 12xxx RIDs)
104 - unknown ops (14xxx, 28xxx RIDs)
107 - unknown ops (16xxx RIDs)
108 - unknown ops (18xxx RIDs)
110 - housekeeping? (22xxx RIDs)
111 - unknown ops (24xxx RIDs)
112 - marine ops? (26xxx RIDs)
113 - bar ops? (14xxx, 28xxx RIDs)
117 - unknown ops (36xxx RIDs)
122 - unknown ops (46xxx RIDs)
130 - stewarding ops?

I've scoured the FCC database for the Horseshoe Southern Indiana frequencies, but to no avail. I suspect it may be listed under Caesars Entertainment, but the few that I found for the casino location are expired/terminated. Would someone else mind taking a look to see if you can locate them? Thanks.
