Vintage: Hoseline app for older Android versions (ICS specifically)?

Good evening! I've got my hands on a device that runs Ice Cream Sandwich as a user interface. I got Broadcastify to work on it and if possible would like to run a DroidStar or BM Hoseline app on it. I am also able to monitor local UHF repeaters with it using its UHF CB but I dare not tx with that.
Is there a ten year old Hoseline app lying around or another way to monitor BM TG 31408 on an old rugged Android?

Try this in the old device's web browser...

You can put different TG numbers in place of the "31408" above, or drop the TG number to see a screen showing different talkgroups that are - or had recently been - active.
