I keep hearing an acronym from HPD that I'm having trouble deciphering. The dispatcher will say "GB only" or "GV only" at the end of a possible DWI call-out. Does anyone know what this means?

It is the way that the civil service protocol has evolved after the cell phone. The concerned citizen sees a crime, boom on the cell phone, I see a crime so I thought I should report it but I am too busy to stay around. So the defense to reportless crimes is to GB. General broadcast of the reported incident. But take heed sometimes it does pay off.
