How do I reset my TRX-1E to Factory Default Settings?

I tried looking online for answers but nothing worked for me.
Do I use the software on PC or I do it through the device?

When you first turn on the scanner at welcome screen press 0, then 1, then enter. This will factory reset it.

Format the card, then use windows to remove all scanner files from the My documents folder.

Open ezscan, update library and start programming.

Or just make a new vscanner folder, set as default, program, adj settings and copy configuration to scanner/sd card

Make sure to enable new vscanner folder with scanner keypad if you forgot to make it default.

I have thought about going back to square one too. Just to confirm, you're saying it's okay to reformat the card and then update the library in EZ scan? I was worried that there could be some files on the card that should not be deleted.

There is NOTHING on the card that has not already been updated and is readily available for download at whistlergroup.com

I figured that, but are all the files needed included in the library update or are they separate? Basically my question is after reformatting the card is the only thing you need to do is update the library in EZ Scan?

Why delete anything from the card, just reformat and reload through EZ Scan (Prepare SD Card For Scanner). Reformatting removes everything.
